Fahad Bhatti

Lawyer

Fahad received his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia in 2020. Before joining HTM Law LLP, he completed his articles and worked as an associate at a boutique Edmonton firm specializing in corporate solicitor work. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2023. Born and raised in Edmonton, Fahad brings a grounded, community-focused perspective to his practice.

Fahad maintains a broad corporate and commercial solicitor’s practice, assisting clients with general corporate compliance and governance, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, unanimous shareholders agreements, and a wide range of commercial contracts. He also has experience in foreclosure litigation and represents lender clients in various enforcement matters.

In addition to his corporate practice, Fahad advises clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions and provides guidance on wills and estates planning and administration. He is committed to practical, efficient, and solution-oriented service that supports clients through every stage of their personal and business ventures.

Outside the office, Fahad is a proud Edmontonian who enjoys reading fantasy, science fiction, and horror, researching stocks and other investments, and diving into a wide range of video games. He is also an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, appreciating the storytelling, creativity, and strategy the game offers.
